School Reopening — Term 3 Begins
Term 3 begins — the final and most intensive term of the academic year. JHS 3 BECE preparation begins in earnest. New learners joining for Term 3 should confirm enrolment before 15 April.

Community Awareness Walk & Float
NCA staff and learners take to the streets of Fetteh Kakraba, Mandela Big Apple and Kasoa distributing flyers, engaging with the community and inviting new families to enrol. All are welcome to join the walk.

Annual NCA Sports Day 2026
The biggest sporting event of the year! Cadet parade, 100m sprints, relay races, long jump, football and volleyball competitions across all four inter-house teams. Medals, trophies and refreshments. All families warmly welcome.

JHS 3 Pre-BECE Mock Examinations
Final mock examination series for JHS 3 learners in full BECE format — covering all core subjects. Results reviewed by teachers to identify last areas needing targeted revision before the national exams.

NCA Talent Showcase & Arts Festival
A celebration of creativity — school choir performances, drama scenes, UCMAS mental maths display, spoken word, dance and an art exhibition. Every learner is encouraged to participate and parents are invited to watch and judge.

End-of-Year Ceremony, Prize-Giving & Valedictory
The grand culmination of the 2025/2026 academic year. Featuring the KG2 graduation, best learner awards, character and sports prizes, farewell address from JHS 3 leavers, cultural performances and a reception for all invited families and guests.

School Reopening — Term 1 Begins
The first day of the new academic year. All learners from Nursery through JHS 3 report to school in full uniform. Timetables issued and new learners welcomed into the NCA community.

3rd KG2 Graduation & Prize-Giving Day
The 3rd annual KG2 graduation ceremony celebrating our pre-school completers. Features cadet parade, cultural display, choir performance, Taekwondo display, keynote address, awards and a grand reception for families and guests.

Term 1 Parent-Teacher Association Meeting
All parents and guardians are warmly invited to the Term 1 PTA meeting. Review first-term plans, meet your child’s class teacher, raise concerns and receive important school updates from management.

NCA Cultural & Heritage Day
Learners celebrate Ghana’s rich cultural diversity with traditional costumes, dances, food, drama and music. A vibrant celebration of identity, heritage and community pride open to families.

Term 1 Mid-Term Assessments
Week-long mid-term assessment period for all classes. Results shared with parents via the end-of-week report. Learners should arrive in full uniform with all stationery each day.

Inter-House Sports Day — Term 1
A full-day inter-house sports competition covering athletics, football, volleyball and relay races. Families are welcome to cheer from the sidelines. Trophies and medals awarded to winning houses.

Term 1 End-of-Term Examinations
Two-week end-of-term examinations for all class levels. Reports issued on the final day of term. Learners who are unwell must notify the school office immediately with a medical note.

NCA End-of-Year Carol Service & Showcase
NCA’s school choir, drama group and band perform in a festive end-of-year showcase. Parents and community members are welcome to attend this celebration of talent and the festive season.

Last day of Term 1. Report cards collected by parents/guardians. School resumes Monday 11 January 2027 for Term 2. Wishing all NCA families a blessed festive season.

Prospective families are invited to tour the NCA campus, meet the teaching staff, attend short demo lessons and learn about all programmes and fees. Registration on the day — no appointment needed.

Taekwondo Belt Grading & Display
NCA Taekwondo students demonstrate their skills and undergo formal belt grading before instructors and invited guests. Parents are warmly invited to attend and support their young martial artists.

Mid-term parent-teacher engagement session. Parents receive an update on their child’s academic progress, discuss Term 2 goals and share feedback with class teachers and management.
