Parents and guardians are asked not to send sick pupils to school. Any illness should be reported promptly to the school administration for appropriate attention.
Absence from School
If a pupil will be absent, a permission letter (preferably written) should be addressed to the Headmistress in advance.
Meals
Students are encouraged to patronize the school lunch program at a reasonable cost. Details on meal plans and payments are communicated at the start of each term.
Parent–Teacher Association (P.T.A)
Parents, guardians, or their representatives are expected to attend PTA meetings, which are usually held once each term. These meetings support collaboration and strengthen home–school relationships.
Prescribed Uniforms
Only the approved school uniform is permitted. Uniforms are available for purchase at the school. No unauthorized variations in style or color will be accepted.
Visiting Days
Parents and guardians may visit their wards twice a month to check on progress and welfare. Visits outside these times should be arranged with prior permission from school authorities.
